Selin Yılmaz is the President of the Youth Atlantic Treaty Association (YATA) with  experience in international relations, youth engagement and security. Admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association since 2019, and a sought-after public speaker at global conferences on politics, law, and international security. Contributor to academic discourse with a book chapter on data privacy in "21st Century as the Pacific Century: Culture and Security of Oceania States in Great Power Competition," published by Warsaw University. Recognized among the 45 European Leaders by Lucerne Dialogue and selected as a delegate for the New Security Leaders program at the Warsaw Security Forum. Holds diverse certifications, including Military Gender Advisor and expertise in Information Technology Law, and Humanitarian Law. An international consultant on youth engagement and legal matters, offering strategic insight into global challenges.
