Dr. Simone Zuccarelli
Director of the Transatlantic Program, Italian Atlantic Committee and Senior Advisor Atlantic Treaty Association

Simone Zuccarelli is the Director of the Transatlantic Program at the Italian Atlantic Committee, where he has been conducting research on NATO and U.S. foreign policy since 2018, and Senior Advisor to the Atlantic Treaty Association. From 2018 to 2020 he served as President of the Youth Atlantic Treaty Association (YATA) and from 2017 to 2021 he was the President of YATA Italy, the youth section of the Italian Atlantic Committee. He holds a seminar series on U.S. foreign policy at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, where he also earned a Ph.D. with honours in Institutions and Policies. He is an adjunct professor at the Pegaso University and teaching assistant for several courses at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and the University of Milan. Additionally, he collaborates with Treccani in the preparation of the annual geopolitical atlas published by the Institute.
